The prestressed carbon fiber rib is composed of a plurality of carbon fiber filaments. The prestressed carbon fiber rib comprises a middle part, a head-end conical end and a tail-end conical end, the head-end conical end and the tail-end conical end are located at the two ends of the middle part respectively, and each of the head-end conical end and the tail-end conical end is composed of a small cylindrical section, a frustum section and a large cylindrical section which are sequentially connected. And the outer diameter of the small cylindrical section is equal to that of the middle part. The anchoring performance of the anchorage device and the manufacturing difficulty of the anchorage device are actively improved from the type change of the carbon fiber rib, the conical anchoring ends are manufactured at the two ends of the prestressed carbon fiber rib, the anchoring ends are matched with the inner conical anchorage device for use, the anchoring mode can resist deformation of the frustum section through the inner conical anchorage device locking plate, and the anchoring performance is improved.
