A prestressed carbon fiber plate tensioning device comprises a carbon fiber plate anchorage device, a tensioning jack and a prestressed carbon fiber plate auxiliary tensioning device composed of a pressing plate, a fixed end support, a tensioning baffle, a tensioning rod and a tensioning end support, and the fixed end support and the tensioning end support are cuboid, and are each provided with four round through holes for allowing chemical anchor bolts to be mounted; the two sides of the tensioning end support are each provided with a round long through hole for allowing a tensioning rod to be mounted; the pressing plate and the tensioning baffle are cuboid, and are each provided with two round through holes for allowing screws to be mounted; a strip-shaped rectangular through hole penetrating through one side face of the tensioning baffle is formed in the tensioning baffle; the fixed end support and the tensioning end support are formed by high-strength alloy steel in a finish casting mode. Production cost is greatly lowered, and the production period is shortened. According to the prestressed carbon fiber plate tensioning device, the structure is optimized, the stress condition of the supports is improved, a method for tensioning a prestressed carbon fiber plate is more reasonable, and the performance of the carbon fiber plate is fully guaranteed.
