Structure and construction method for communication position of existing basement red brick outer wall and newly-built pipe gallery
The construction method comprises the steps that a hole is formed in the red brick outer wall, a reinforced concrete beam and constructional columns are adopted to reinforce the hole, the reinforced concrete beam comprises a lintel on the upper portion of the hole and a ground beam on the lower portion of the hole, and the constructional columns are located on the two sides of the hole and connected with the lintel and the ground beam; the pipe gallery structure goes deep into the inner side of the red brick outer wall through the hole, and surrounding gaps are filled with lime-sand bricks; anti-crack mortar plastering is conducted within a certain range of external expansion of the periphery of the pipe gallery structure, and the pipe gallery structure serves as a waterproof additional layer and a waterproof base layer; and a waterproof protection layer is poured on a top plate of the pipe gallery structure, plaster and extruded polystyrene boards are adopted to serve as the waterproof protection layer on the periphery of the pipe gallery structure of the red brick outer wall, and then earthwork backfilling is conducted. An original basement red brick outer wall structure is reserved, the waterproof performance and reasonable conversion of using functions are guaranteed, and the structure of the communication position of the basement red brick outer wall of the existing structure and the newly-built pipe gallery structure is formed.
本发明为一种既有地下室红砖外墙与新建管廊联通处结构及施工方法,方法包括:在红砖外墙进行开洞,采用钢筋混凝土梁及构造柱对洞口进行加固,钢筋混凝土梁包括洞口上部过梁及下部地梁,构造柱位于洞口两侧且与过梁和地梁连接;将管廊结构通过洞口深入至红砖外墙内侧,对四周缝隙进行灰砂砖填实;在管廊结构四周外扩一定范围内进行抗裂砂浆抹灰,作为防水附加层及防水基层;管廊结构顶板浇筑防水保护层,在红砖外墙的管廊结构四周采用抹灰+挤塑聚苯板作为防水保护层,完成后进行土方回填。保留原有地下室红砖外墙结构又保证了防水性能以及使用功能的合理转换,形成既有结构地下室红砖外墙与新建管廊结构联通处结构。
