The invention discloses a pre-stress reinforcing system in an existing building body, and relates to the technical field of masonry reinforcement, and has the advantage of reinforcing and repairing a wall body with cracks. The pre-stress reinforcing system is characterized by comprising a reinforcing hole formed in the wall body, an anchor rod is put into the reinforcing hole after the reinforcing hole is drilled, and a first-section lining and a second-section lining are arranged on the outer wall of the anchor rod; grouting the first section of anchor rod and the first section of bushing after the anchor rod is put into the reinforcing hole, tensioning by adopting an anchoring part which is anchored at the end part of the anchor rod and is positioned on the outer side of the wall body after the designed strength is reached, and grouting the second section of anchor rod and the second section of bushing in the tensioning and fixing process; and after the grouting material reaches a certain strength, tensioning is stopped, and the second section of bushing is distributed close to the outer side of the wall.
本发明公开了一种既有建筑体内预应力加固系统,涉及砌体加固技术领域,具有对产生裂缝的墙体进行加固修复的优点,其技术方案要点是:包括开设在墙体内的加固孔,当加固孔钻完后放入锚杆,锚杆外壁设有第一段衬套和第二段衬套,当锚杆放入加固孔内后进行第一段锚杆及第一段衬套的灌浆,等达到设计强度后采用锚固在锚杆的端部的且位于墙体外侧的锚固件进行张拉,张拉固定过程中,进行第二段的锚杆和第二段衬套的灌浆施工,待灌浆料达到一定强度后停止张拉,第二段衬套靠近墙体外侧分布。
