Replacement construction method for existing daylighting roof under normal operation condition
The invention relates to an existing daylighting roof replacement construction method under normal operation conditions. Comprising the steps that a beam string structure high-altitude operation platform is installed between structural columns; a tensioning lifting lug and a hoisting lifting lug are welded to the top of the main beam; beveled openings are cut in the midspan of the main beam; enabling the main beam left section and the main beam right section to generate vertical deformation, and naturally forming a staggered joint; when a new daylighting roof structure is installed, a crane is used for installing a right section of a new main beam, and a stay cable is connected and tensioned; and removing the temporary cable-stayed measure, tensioning the lifting lug, hoisting the lifting lug, the jack and the L-shaped steel plate, and installing new daylighting roof glass at the top of the new daylighting roof structure. According to the construction method, by setting a pre-tensioning measure at the end of the steel beam and setting a damping measure for delaying fracture dislocation development in the midspan of the steel beam, internal force conversion and deformation of the daylighting roof steel beam in the dismantling process are effectively controlled, the construction process is safe and controllable, and the installation process and the dismantling process of a new daylighting roof are opposite.
