The invention provides a steel inclined strut with a rotatable end and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of buildings, and the steel inclined strut comprises an inclined strut end, a force transmission plate, a stiffening rib, a middle inclined strut and a stiffening plate. Wherein the inclined strut end comprises a rotating shaft, a rotating groove plate, a positioning circular plate, an I-shaped steel connecting piece and a T-shaped steel end, the rotating groove plate is located on the I-shaped steel connecting piece and can be attached to the positioning circular plate located on the T-shaped steel end, and the rotating shaft is used for connecting the I-shaped steel connecting piece and the T-shaped steel end. The construction method comprises the following steps of assembling the inclined strut ends, placing the inclined strut ends, determining the rotation angle of the I-shaped steel connecting piece, completing corner positioning of the I-shaped steel connecting piece, completing arrangement of the inclined strut ends and completing arrangement of the steel inclined struts in steel frame reinforcement. According to the steel inclined strut with the rotatable end, all the components are prefabricated parts, assembly construction is adopted, the integrity of the steel inclined strut is guaranteed, and the construction period is further shortened.
