Supporting device and method for pouring fabricated building laminated slab
A supporting device for pouring of an assembly type building laminated slab comprises a main bottom frame, the main bottom frame is composed of two hollow rod pieces, the two rod pieces are connected through two second transverse connecting rods to form a rectangular frame structure, a middle vertical rod is arranged in the center of the top of the main bottom frame and is a hollow rod, a telescopic rod section is arranged in the middle vertical rod, and the telescopic rod section is connected with the main bottom frame. Telescopic underframes are inserted into the two ends of the two hollow rod pieces forming the main underframe respectively, and end vertical rods are arranged at the tops of the ends, away from the main underframe, of the telescopic underframes. By the adoption of the structure, during construction operation of the laminated slab, rapid installation of the supporting system can be effectively guaranteed, and the purpose of rapid disassembly of the supporting system is achieved after pouring is completed.
一种装配式建筑叠合板浇筑用支撑装置,包括主底架,所述的主底架由两根中空杆件组成,两根杆件之间通过两根第二横连杆连接形成矩形框架结构,在主底架顶部中心位置上设有中立杆,中立杆为中空杆,中立杆内设有伸缩杆节,组成主底架的两根中空杆件两端分别插设有伸缩底架,伸缩底架远离主底架的一端顶部设有端立杆。本发明采用上述结构,在进行叠合板施工作业时,能够有效保障支撑体系的快速安装并在浇筑完成后实现支撑体系的快拆目的。
