The invention discloses a pouring construction structure and method for a connection seam of laminated slabs. Supporting square timber comprises a first square batten and a second square batten which are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the connection seam in a spaced mode. The continuous plate strip extends in the direction of the connecting seam and is jointly supported by the first square batten and the second square batten, and a first sealing strip and a second sealing strip are arranged on the top of the continuous plate strip and located on the two sides of the connecting seam at intervals. The supporting and adjusting unit comprises a plurality of height-adjustable supporting seats which are arranged at intervals in the direction of the connecting seam, the first square batten and the second square batten are jointly supported through the supporting seats, the continuous plate strip is driven by the supporting seats to be tightly attached to the bottom of the connecting seam, and the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are in sealed connection with the laminated plate on the first sealing strip and the laminated plate on the second sealing strip respectively.
