The invention relates to the technical field of civil air defense doors, in particular to a high-safety civil air defense engineering protective airtight door structure which comprises a civil air defense door body, a ventilation cavity is formed in the civil air defense door body, and a ventilation device used for communicating two annular cavities with a ventilation pipe is jointly installed between the two annular cavities and the ventilation pipe. The bottom of the ventilation cavity is fixedly communicated with a first ventilation pipe, and the bottom of the first ventilation pipe is communicated with the ventilation pipe; a high-temperature communication device is mounted in the ventilation cavity, and when a fire disaster occurs at high temperature, the high-temperature communication device is used for enabling the ventilation cavity to communicate with the first ventilation pipe and the second ventilation pipe; according to the civil air defense door, through the arrangement of the high-temperature communicating device, carbon dioxide is sprayed out from the edge of the civil air defense door body when a fire disaster occurs at high temperature, the oxygen content in air is reduced through spraying of the carbon dioxide, and therefore the fire behavior can be prevented from spreading from the edge of the civil air defense door body, and the spreading speed of the fire behavior can be delayed.
