The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel secondary lining maintenance, in particular to an intelligent temperature control system for tunnel secondary lining maintenance, which comprises high-pressure spray heads mounted on an arch frame of a secondary lining maintenance trolley, and further comprises infrared temperature measurement probe groups mounted among the high-pressure spray heads, and a fan-shaped infrared temperature measurement light curtain is formed by each row of infrared temperature measurement probe groups; the inspection system is used for inspecting tunnel lining concrete surface temperature; the temperature control rod is installed in the water tank and used for adjusting the water temperature in the water tank; and the PLC is used for adjusting the work of the temperature control rod according to the tunnel lining concrete surface temperature collected by the infrared temperature measurement light curtain and a preset standard temperature difference. Accurate control of the temperature in the tunnel secondary lining curing period can be achieved, and secondary lining concrete is prevented from cracking.
