The water level difference inside and outside the dam is obtained through the water pump set, power generation and energy storage are carried out through the water-turbine generator set, and electric power is input to the dam booster station and input to the power grid, so that electrochemical energy storage is replaced, the investment cost is reduced, and the energy storage capacity is large; and large-scale, long-life and high-safety energy storage of offshore wind power is realized.
