According to the novel concrete production process, under the condition that the same mix proportion is kept, compared with concrete produced through a traditional process method, the slump of the concrete produced through the process can be increased by 20 mm or above, the strength of C30-grade concrete can be improved by 10% or above, and under the condition that the original strength and liquidity are kept unchanged, the slump of the concrete produced through the process can be increased by 20 mm or above. And more than 15kg of cement, 5kg of water or about 1.5 kg/m < 3 > of additives can be saved in each cubic meter of C30 strength grade concrete, so that the purposes of saving raw materials, reducing the cost of the raw materials of the concrete, improving the quality of concrete products, saving energy and reducing emission are achieved.
