According to the scheme, the concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 255-300 parts of water, 500-600 parts of cement, 905-1086 parts of fine aggregate, 1840-2208 parts of coarse aggregate, 15-32 parts of an early strength agent, 7.5-11 parts of a retarder, 15-36 parts of an air entraining agent, 50-70 parts of an expanding agent and 15-30 parts of an anti-freezing agent, and the ratio of the water to the cement to the fine aggregate to the coarse bone meal is 0.51: 1: 1.81: 3.68. According to the present invention, the design is reasonable, the control of each component is accurate, the quality of the premixed concrete is ensured, the premixed concrete cannot be frozen even at the low temperature, the construction efficiency is improved, the use effect is good, and the method is worthy of promotion and use.
