The invention relates to a preparation method of colored exquisite porcelain, which comprises the following steps of: 1, preparing high-plasticity ceramic green body pug, and forming a green body by grouting or rolling; 2, pasting exquisite decorative patterns on the surface of the green body prepared in the step 1, and spraying exquisite holes by adopting a sand blasting jet flow process; 3, first transparent glaze is applied to the inner surface and the exquisite holes of the green body prepared in the step 2, then glaze firing is conducted at the temperature of 1250 DEG C, and the green body is taken out of a kiln to obtain a glaze body; step 4, performing colored drawing decoration on the external glaze surface of the exquisite hole of the glaze body prepared in the step 3 by using ceramic pigment; and step 5, applying transparent glaze II on the outer surface of the glaze body decorated by the colored drawing in the step 4, performing glaze firing at 1280-1310 DEG C, and drawing to obtain the colored exquisite porcelain. The colorful exquisite porcelain which is unique in process, low in cost and bright and colorful is obtained by designing a brand new blank glaze formula and process parameters, so that the colorful exquisite porcelain has a wide market space.
本发明涉及一种彩色玲珑瓷的制备方法，步骤一：配置高可塑性陶瓷坯体泥料，通过注浆或滚压成型坯体；步骤二：在步骤一制备的坯体表面贴玲珑装饰花纹，采用喷砂射流工艺喷射玲珑孔；步骤三：在步骤二制备的坯体内部表面及玲珑孔内施透明釉一，后于1250℃釉烧、出窑、获得釉胎；步骤四：在步骤三制备釉胎的玲珑孔外部釉面上用陶瓷颜料进行彩绘装饰；步骤五：在步骤四彩绘装饰后的釉胎外部表面施透明釉二，后于1280～1310℃釉烧、出窑、获得彩色玲珑瓷。本发明通过设计全新的坯釉配方和工艺参数得到有工艺独特、成本低廉、绚丽多彩的彩色玲珑瓷，因此具有广阔的市场空间。
