The invention relates to the technical field of rack rail trains, in particular to a novel vibration-damping mountain rack rail tooth entering mechanism which comprises a rack steel rail fixed to a rail sleeper beam and two common steel rails, a transition rail is arranged at the starting end of the rack steel rail and comprises an adjusting section and a meshing section, and the adjusting section comprises a rail body and a plurality of roller wheel teeth. Each roller gear tooth comprises a base part and a roller part, the roller parts are rotatably connected with the base parts, and rotating shafts of the roller parts are perpendicular to the extension direction of the rack steel rails. According to the novel vibration-buffering tooth entering mechanism for the mountain toothed rail, the transition rail is arranged at the starting end of the rack steel rail, when a train enters the transition rail from a common rail in the running state, if a gear cannot be well meshed with the transition rail, gear teeth make contact with the roller gear, so that the roller part rolls, and vibration is relieved; therefore, the gear teeth can quickly slide into the tooth grooves to be meshed, structural damage to the gear and the rack steel rail caused by poor meshing is reduced, and the service life of the gear and the rack steel rail is prolonged.
