The invention provides a construction method of a comprehensive pipe gallery. The construction method comprises the following steps that pouring of a pipe gallery bottom plate is conducted; assembling each section of inner mold of the template train section by section, and adjusting the positions of a top plate main mold, haunch angle molds on the two sides of the top plate and side molds; connecting a plurality of sections of inner molds into a whole; an adjustable telescopic bracket is additionally arranged; mounting an outer mold; a to-be-poured part of the comprehensive pipe gallery is poured; the side molds on the two sides are dismantled; the adjustable telescopic supports and the haunch angle molds on the two sides of the top plate are detached, and the adjustable telescopic supports are erected on the two sides of the movable supporting frame; and transverse positioning is removed, the height position of the top plate main mold is lowered, and the outer mold is removed. The supporting span of the pipe gallery top plate is shortened in a support changing mode, so that the maintenance time is shortened, the purpose of early dismantling of the pipe gallery top plate is achieved, finally, rapid assembly and rapid dismantling of the pipe gallery formwork train are achieved, the use efficiency of the section type early-dismantling formwork train is improved, and meanwhile the construction efficiency of the comprehensive pipe gallery is improved.
本发明提供了一种综合管廊的施工方法。该施工方法包括如下步骤:进行管廊底板的浇筑;分节组装模板列车的各节内模,调整顶板主模、顶板两侧腋角模、侧模的位置;将多节内模连接为整体;增设可调伸缩支架;安装外模;浇筑综合管廊待浇筑部分;拆除两侧的侧模;拆除可调伸缩支架、顶板两侧腋角模,将可调伸缩支架架设在移动式支撑架两侧;拆除横向定位,降低顶板主模的高度位置,拆除外模。本发明采用换撑的方式缩短管廊顶板支撑跨距,从而减少养护时间达到管廊顶板的早拆的目的,最终实现了管廊模板列车的快速组装、快速拆除,提高该节段式早拆模板列车的使用效率,同时提高了综合管廊的施工效率。
