A concealed door handle is provided that includes a handle body and a mounting structure for mounting the handle body into a door panel. The handle body is movably mounted in the mounting structure. The mounting structure comprises a first groove and at least one second groove. One end of the handle body is embedded in the first groove in the normal state of the vehicle, and the handle body can be separated from the first groove in the collision state of the vehicle. The handle main body can be stopped in one of the at least one second groove after being separated from the first groove, and the distance between the at least one second groove and the outer surface of the handle main body is smaller than the distance between the first groove and the outer surface of the handle main body. According to the hidden vehicle door handle of one or more embodiments, the hidden vehicle door handle can be automatically thrown out of a vehicle door plate when a vehicle is collided, and a vehicle door can be conveniently opened for rescue.
