The invention discloses a hidden type vehicle door handle, a vehicle door and a vehicle, the hidden type vehicle door handle is installed on the vehicle door and comprises a base, a handle cover, an induction module, a controller and an execution piece, the handle cover can rotate inwards around the inner wall of a containing cavity so as to expose a handle part, and when the handle part is held by the fingers of the human hand, the handle part is driven to rotate by the induction module; the induction module can be inducted and triggered at the same time, the induction module transmits a trigger signal to the controller, the controller sends an unlocking signal to the execution part, controls the execution part to unlock and pulls the handle part so as to open the automobile door, and under the condition that a main power source of the automobile is out of power, the standby power source can still supply power to the execution part so as to open the automobile door. The handle cover rotates inwards around the inner wall of the containing cavity, the size of the handle cover in the width direction of the vehicle body is reduced when the handle cover is opened, and meanwhile the risk that the horizontal pushing type handle collides with other parts in the moving process can be avoided.
