The invention belongs to the technical field of data processing, and discloses a BIM-based roadbed paragraph goaf deformation monitoring method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring three-dimensional data and image data of a roadbed paragraph goaf; updating the BIM of the subgrade paragraph goaf according to the three-dimensional data and the image data; and according to the BIM of the subgrade section goaf, judging whether the subgrade section goaf has a deformation risk or not. Through the above mode, the deformation of the subgrade section goaf can be predicted from the two dimensions of the three-dimensional model and the two-dimensional image based on the BIM, so that whether a danger is generated due to deformation in the goaf can be judged, early warning can be performed in advance, and the engineering safety is improved.
