Blind plate dismantling method for forebay water intake pipeline of water intake pumping station
The invention provides a method for dismantling a blind plate of a forebay water intake pipeline of a water intake pumping station, which comprises the following steps of: building a hoisting frame at an observation opening at the top of a forebay of the water intake pumping station, fixing a bearing beam on a frame opening of the hoisting frame, and fixing a tension steering mechanism on the side wall of the bearing beam; the lifting mechanism is arranged along the steering direction of the tension steering mechanism; and the blind plate is dismantled from the water taking pipeline, the blind plate is upwards lifted to the top of the bearing beam from one side of the bearing beam in the steering direction of the pulling force steering mechanism by pulling the force application end of the lifting mechanism, the blind plate is dragged into a preset platform along the top of the bearing beam, and dismantling of the blind plate of the water taking pipeline is completed. The problems that in the prior art, an adopted blind plate hoisting method is high in construction cost, a large number of machine teams are needed, efficiency is low, hoisting equipment is far away from an observation opening, the hoisting process cannot be visually observed, and safety is low can be solved.
本发明提供一种取水泵站前池取水管道的盲板拆除方法,包括如下步骤:在取水泵站前池顶部的观察口处搭建吊装框架在吊装框架的架口上固定承重梁,在承重梁的侧壁上固定拉力转向机构;沿着拉力转向机构的转向方向布置提拉机构;将盲板从取水管道上拆除,并通过拉动提拉机构的施力端,使盲板从承重梁的一侧沿着所述拉力转向机构的转向方向向上提拉升至承重梁的顶部,并沿着承重梁的顶部拖入预设平台上,完成对取水管道的盲板的拆除。利用本发明能够解决现有技术中,采用的盲板的吊装方法存在施工费用高、需要大量机械台班,效率低、以及吊装设备距离观察口远,不能直观观察吊装进程,安全性低等问题。
