Method for synergistically preparing Portland cement by using stainless steel pickling sludge and AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) slag
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a method for preparing Portland cement through cooperation of stainless steel pickling sludge and AOD slag. In order to realize consumption and utilization of the pickling sludge in metallurgical enterprises, save cost, reduce secondary pollution and solve the problems of Cr leaching and S pollution in the acid sludge, a method of combining curing treatment and resourceful treatment of hazardous wastes is adopted; a certain amount of sulfuric acid pickling sludge is mixed in the calcined clinker at normal temperature, the clinker setting time can be adjusted, the clinker can serve as sulfate to play a role of an exciting agent, and the main component of the clinker is CaSO4 which can replace the effect of gypsum to a certain extent; and then water is added for hydration reaction to generate a hydrated calcium silicate net structure, so that chromium in the acid pickling sludge and the AOD slag is fixed in the net structure, the leaching of the chromium is reduced, and the chromium meets the lowest leaching standard of the chromium element in the national hazardous waste.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体关于一种利用不锈钢酸洗污泥与AOD渣协同制备硅酸盐水泥的方法;本发明为实现在冶金企业内部对酸洗污泥的消耗利用,节约成本,减少二次污染,同时解决酸泥中Cr浸出和S污染的问题,采用固化处理与资源化处理危险废弃物相结合的方法;本发明在煅烧后的熟料中常温掺混一定量的硫酸酸洗污泥,既可调节熟料凝结时间,又能作为硫酸盐发挥激发剂作用,其主要成分为CaSO4,一定程度上可以替代石膏的作用;之后加水进行水化反应,生成水合硅酸钙网状结构,从而将酸洗污泥及AOD渣中的铬固定在网状结构内,减少铬的浸出,使之符合国家危险废弃物中铬元素的最低浸出标准。
