The grate frame is provided with a water passing window; the plurality of grid bars are movably arranged on the water passing window, and one end of each grid bar is rotationally connected with the grate frame so as to open or close the water passing window; the reset assembly is connected with the grate frame and the grid bars, the grid bars open the water passing window under the impact pressure of rainwater runoff, and the reset assembly is used for resetting the grid bars to seal the water passing window. And on the non-rainfall day, the reset assembly resets the grid bars, so that the water passing window is closed, garbage sundries are intercepted, and the problem that pollutants such as the garbage sundries and street dust enter the gutter inlet to cause pollution is solved.
