Asphalt pavement reclaimed material fine separation regeneration system and separation method
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement reclaimed material fine separation regeneration system and a separation method, the asphalt pavement reclaimed material fine separation regeneration system comprises a material conveying device, a screening device, a particle cutting device, a separation device and a fine screening device, materials which are screened by the screening device and meet the particle size requirement enter the separation device, and the separation device is communicated with the fine screening device; screening to obtain a fine material meeting the particle size requirement; the strip-shaped impurities and the recycled materials which are not screened enter the particle cutting device to be crushed, the particle cutting device is communicated with the grate type sorting machine to remove the strip-shaped impurities, and the sorted recycled materials return to the screening device to be screened. According to the system, the crushed and separated reclaimed materials can be precisely graded and separated, fine screening is achieved, the content of asphalt in the reclaimed materials with the particle size being 5 mm or above is greatly reduced, meanwhile, fine materials of 0-3 mm and 3-5 mm can be efficiently separated out, the hidden danger that a screen is blocked by impurities in subsequent screening can be eliminated, and the situation that the sticky and wet reclaimed materials adhere to a screen plate can be effectively prevented.
