The invention discloses a waste asphalt pavement material separation and regeneration system and a separation and regeneration method based on the system. The system comprises a feeding device, a granulation device and a separation device, or can further comprise a fine screening device which is connected with the separation device to screen fine materials meeting the particle size requirement; the separation method comprises the steps that waste asphalt pavement materials are screened through the feeding device to be output into the granulating device in a diameter dividing mode to be crushed into the waste asphalt pavement materials of the specified specification, the crushed waste asphalt pavement materials enter the separation device to remove asphalt films, and stone enters the fine screening device to be subjected to fine screening. Therefore, fine materials with different particle sizes can be obtained. According to the system, separation or fine screening of the waste asphalt pavement material doped with super-large particle size and caking can be completed at a time (without material returning), an asphalt film with coarse particle size is removed, 90% of asphalt in the waste asphalt pavement material is made to be a 0-3 mm grade finished product material, and the mixing amount of plant-mixed hot recycling RAP can reach 100%.
本发明公开了一种废旧沥青路面材料分离再生系统及基于该系统的分离再生方法,包括给料装置、定粒装置、分离装置,或者还可包括与分离装置相衔接以筛分获得符合粒径要求精细料的精细筛分装置;分离方法包括废旧沥青路面材料经给料装置筛分实现分径输出至定粒装置内破碎成指定规格的废旧沥青路面材料,经破碎后的废旧沥青路面材料进入分离装置内脱除沥青膜,石料再进入精细筛分装置进行精细筛分,以获得不同粒径的精细料。本发明的系统能够一次性(无返料)完成掺杂超大粒径与结团的废旧沥青路面材料分离或精细筛分、脱除粗粒经的沥青膜,使废旧沥青路面材料中的沥青90%处于0‑3mm档成品料,厂拌热再生RAP掺加量可达100%。
