The cable-stayed bridge inhaul cable icicle removing robot comprises a device body which is hung on an inhaul cable and moves along the inhaul cable or is separated from the inhaul cable under the action of self weight; the plurality of rotor wing parts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the device main body along the extension direction of the inhaul cable; the counterweight part is arranged at the end, moving towards the ground, of the device body; the rotor wing part drives the device main body to fly to the air and is hung on the inhaul cable or separated from the inhaul cable; the counterweight part drives the device main body to slide towards the ground along the inhaul cable by utilizing self weight, and the counterweight part impacts an ice column along the way and enables the ice column to be separated from the inhaul cable; the robot is driven by the rotor wing part to fly and is hung at the top end of the inhaul cable, then the robot is driven by the balance weight part through self weight to freely slide down, the ice columns on the way are impacted by the balance weight part in the slide down process so that the ice columns can fall off, rapid removal of the ice columns is completed, the deicing process is short in time consumption, and all the ice columns on the inhaul cable can be fully removed.
