The ecological bedrock bank protection structure comprises a bank base and is characterized in that a reinforcing mesh is laid on the bank base, geotechnical cloth is laid on the reinforcing mesh, and a gravel layer is laid on the geotechnical cloth; a rubble layer is laid on the geotechnical cloth, concrete blocks are laid on the rubble layer, clipping grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the concrete blocks, a plurality of through holes penetrating through the concrete blocks are formed in the concrete blocks, gaps between the concrete blocks are filled with rubbles, and a slope face built by stones is further arranged on the geotechnical cloth and connected with the concrete blocks. The concrete block can reduce wind wave climbing and overtopping and improve the wind wave resistance of a sea facing surface, the porosity and the specific surface area are increased, and the natural form not only has an ecological function and can provide a porous attachment structure for organisms, but also has the protection function of an artificial block body: the surface is rough, gaps are distributed, waves can be broken, and the sea facing surface can be protected. And the erosion degree of sea waves on the coast is reduced or the stability of a water area in the harbor basin is kept.
