The inner bottom wall of the bank protection box body is provided with a filtering structure for limiting the loss of dredging bottom mud; the water storage container is used for being externally connected with a negative pressure generating device, and the water outlet is communicated with the water storage container through a pipeline. According to the ecological bank protection structure, the dredging bottom mud can be utilized in situ, so that the transfer link of the dredging bottom mud can be omitted, the treatment cost of the dredging bottom mud can be reduced, and the risk of secondary pollution can be reduced.
