The invention relates to a construction method of a steel pipe carbonization pile composite foundation. The construction method comprises the steps that the perpendicularity of a steel pipe stirring core is adjusted; a pile machine and the steel pipe stirring core are connected, the pile machine is started, the steel pipe stirring core is downwards rotated and drilled into the foundation, and meanwhile magnesium oxide is conveyed through the interior of the steel pipe stirring core and sprayed out through a nozzle arranged on the steel pipe stirring core; after the steel pipe stirring core is drilled to the preset depth, the steel pipe stirring core is removed from the pile machine; a breather pipe is inserted into the inner cavity of the steel pipe stirring core, and the other end of the breather pipe is connected to a CO2 gas storage tank; and the pressure valve is opened, and the air injection pressure is adjusted, so that the CO2 gas passes through the interior of the steel pipe stirring core, is diffused into the magnesium oxide stirring pile body through the nozzle and is subjected to carbonization reaction until the carbonized magnesium oxide stirring pile is formed. The pile is high in bearing capacity, economical, efficient, reliable in quality, low-carbon and environment-friendly, can be formed in one step, and meets the requirements of deep and soft foundation reinforcement, economy, high efficiency and CO2 resource utilization.
