Modularized detachable elevator foundation pit support and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a modularized detachable elevator foundation pit supporting device which comprises a fixing support and a connecting steel plate. The fixing supports are perpendicularly fixed to the foundation surface, a square is defined by the multiple fixing supports, and each fixing support comprises a connecting rod and a switching rod. The connecting steel plates are detachably connected to the two adjacent fixing supports. The fixing support is installed in an elevator foundation pit and embedded below the foundation surface, the connecting steel plate is connected to the fixing support, a square is defined by the whole fixing support, and therefore a safe construction position is formed, the fixing support and the connecting steel plate are detachably connected, and therefore the supporting structure can be repeatedly used. According to different sizes of foundation pits, the supporting type is changeable through different types of connection of the connecting steel plates and the supports. After construction is finished, the supporting structure can be directly dismantled, construction is convenient and fast, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the problem of building pollution is solved.
本发明涉及一种模块化可拆卸电梯基坑支护装置，包括：固定支架和连接钢板；固定支架垂直固定于地基面设置，且多根固定支架之间围合成一个方形，固定支架包括连接杆和转接杆；连接钢板可拆卸连接在相邻两根固定支架上。固定支架安装在电梯基坑内，并且嵌入地基面以下，将连接钢板连接在固定支架上，整个围合成一个方形，从而形成一个安全施工位置，上述的固定支架和连接钢板之间可拆卸连接，从而使得支护结构可以重复利用。根据基坑尺寸不同，通过连接钢板与支架不同型式连接，从而使得支护型式多变。在施工结束后本支护结构可以直接拆除，施工便捷，大幅提高施工效率，减少建筑污染的问题。
