Modularized detachable steel-concrete composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a modularized detachable steel-concrete composite beam and a construction method thereof. A conventional steel-concrete composite beam adopted by an existing high-speed traffic-keeping defibering bridge has the problems that the conventional steel-concrete composite beam is difficult to dismantle and reuse, and the cost is relatively high. The modular bridge deck comprises spliced bridge deck slabs and modular steel beams. The spliced bridge deck slab is formed by longitudinally splicing bridge deck slab prefabricated units, and inter-slab connecting assemblies are arranged at the splicing positions. The modular steel beam is formed by longitudinally splicing modular steel beam sections, and an inter-beam connecting assembly is arranged at the splicing position. The bridge deck slab prefabricated units and the modular steel beam sections are connected up and down, and plate-beam connecting assemblies are arranged at the joints. The prefabricated bridge deck slab is used as a high-speed traffic-keeping defibered bridge, the novel detachable combined prefabricated bridge deck slab and the modularized assembled steel main beam are adopted, on the premise that the overall stress requirement of the structure is met, all components can be prefabricated in a standardized mode and transported to a construction site to be assembled, mounting and dismounting are convenient and fast, the construction speed is high, and the main stress structure is not damaged in the dismounting process; and the device can be repeatedly used and has good economic benefits.
本发明涉及一种模块化可拆卸钢混组合梁及其施工方法。现有高速保通疏解桥梁采用常规钢混组合梁存在难以拆除重复利用、成本较高的问题。本发明包括拼接桥面板和模块化钢梁;拼接桥面板由桥面板预制单元纵向拼接组成,拼接处设置有板间连接组件;模块化钢梁由模块化钢梁节段纵向拼接组成,拼接处设置有梁间连接组件;桥面板预制单元和模块化钢梁节段上下连接,连接处设置有板梁连接组件。本发明用作高速保通疏解桥梁,采用新型的可拆卸组合预制桥面板和模块化拼装钢主梁,在满足结构整体受力要求的前提下,所有构件均可标准化预制,运抵施工现场拼装,安装、拆除便捷,施工速度快,拆解过程不破坏主要受力结构,可重复利用,具有良好的经济效益。
