A basement repairing construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a basement communicating channel outer wall is newly built on the basis of an original basement, and a section of waterproof reinforced concrete top plate side wall and a bottom plate frame are newly made on the basis of the original basement outer wall and at the position corresponding to a communicating channel; s2, sealing the junction of the foundation of the original basement outer wall and the newly-made bottom plate frame by adopting a water swelling strip; and S3, two waterproof coiled materials are newly manufactured on the upstream face of the joint position of the foundation of the original basement outer wall and the newly-manufactured bottom plate frame for reinforcement. By the adoption of the basement waterproof repairing method, waterproof repairing can be conducted on an old basement which is prone to water seepage and water leakage, operation is easy, and the effect is good.
