The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to an energy-saving building connecting joint which comprises a stand column, a cross beam, a reinforcing rod and a connecting mechanism, a mounting groove is formed in the upper end of the stand column, a first clamping plate is arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove, and a connecting column is arranged on the first clamping plate; one end, connected with the stand column, of the cross beam is a connecting end, and the connecting end of the cross beam is provided with a first limiting hole; positioning grooves matched with the reinforcing rods are formed in the middles of the cross beams; the connecting mechanism comprises a first sliding block and a triggering assembly, when the stand column is connected with the cross beam, the triggering assembly can enable the first sliding block to move to the limiting position only by enabling the connecting end of the cross beam to be matched with the mounting groove in the upper end of the stand column, the triggering assembly is connected with the other end of the reinforcing rod and the positioning groove of the cross beam, and therefore connection of the stand column and the cross beam is completed. Other operation is not needed, and convenience and rapidness are achieved; the reinforcing rods enable the stand columns and the cross beams to be connected more stably, and the subsequent stand columns and the cross beams can be conveniently reinforced and connected through bolt assemblies.
