The invention relates to a special-shaped hyperboloid structure formwork system and a construction method thereof.The special-shaped hyperboloid structure formwork system comprises a formwork support, a lower formwork unit, an upper formwork unit and a tensioning mechanism, the formwork support is erected according to the shape of a special-shaped hyperboloid structure, and an initial configuration is formed at the top of the formwork support; the lower formwork unit is laid on the upper surface of the initial structure, a first special-shaped hyperboloid structure is formed on the upper surface of the lower formwork unit, the top formwork assembly is fixed to the upper surface of the first special-shaped hyperboloid structure, the upper formwork unit is laid on the top formwork assembly, and a second special-shaped hyperboloid structure is formed on the lower surface of the upper formwork unit. The upper formwork unit and the lower formwork unit are connected and fixed through a tensioning mechanism, and a double-curved-surface pouring gap is formed between the first special-shaped double-curved-surface configuration and the second special-shaped double-curved-surface configuration. The special-shaped double-curved-surface structure formwork system is higher in operability and more economical for floors, roofs and models of small and medium-sized special-shaped double-curved-surface structures.
