Construction supporting formwork and construction process for hyperboloid wood grain fair-faced concrete roof
The invention relates to the field of building construction, and provides a construction supporting formwork and a construction process for a hyperboloid wood grain fair-faced concrete roof. A steel structure supporting system is used for replacing a common socket-type disc buckle type scaffold supporting system, and the supporting safety is ensured. The curvature of a main keel at the top of the supporting system is set according to 50cm of a grid elevation map, and a preliminary curved surface effect is achieved; a wood secondary keel which is cut in a numerical control mode is installed on the main keel, due to the fact that the machining precision is high, the curvature of the wood secondary keel can be consistent with that of a drawing, and the designed hyperboloid roof is well fitted. Meanwhile, the secondary keel can be conveniently and reliably connected with a formwork and a wood grain plate at the top, and the forming effect of wood grain fair-faced concrete is ensured. According to the construction process, common roof construction processes are designed separately, results are gradually formed and integrated, the process is complex and simple, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the forming quality of the roof meets the design requirement after the roof is completed.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,提供了双曲面木纹清水混凝土屋面施工支撑模板及施工工艺。使用钢结构支撑体系代替普通承插型盘扣式脚手架支撑体系,确保支撑的安全性。支撑体系顶部的主龙骨按照网格标高图50cm定型曲率,达到初步的曲面效果,在主龙骨上安装有数控切割的木质次龙骨,由于加工精度高,其曲率能够与图纸一致,较好的拟合出设计的双曲面屋顶。同时次龙骨能够便于与顶部的模板和木纹板有效可靠连接,确保木纹清水混凝土成型效果。本施工工艺将寻常的屋面施工工艺分开设计,逐步形成结果并整合,繁而化简,降低了施工难度,保证了屋面完成后的成型质量达到设计要求。
