The invention discloses a vehicle parking and picking-up method of a simple lifting mechanical three-dimensional parking facility. The vehicle parking and picking-up method comprises the steps that a rotating device is controlled to rotate a parking plate by a first preset angle in the first direction; the rotating device is continuously controlled to rotate the parking plate by a second preset angle in the first direction, and meanwhile the telescopic device is controlled to stretch out of the parking plate; the lifting device is controlled to descend the parking plate; after the vehicle is driven into and parked on the parking plate, the lifting device is controlled to lift the parking plate; the rotating device is controlled to rotate the parking plate by a second preset angle in the second direction, and meanwhile the telescopic device is controlled to retract the parking plate; and the rotating device is controlled to rotate the parking plate by a first preset angle in the second direction. The rotating device and the telescopic device are synchronously controlled, the lifting parking units are prevented from touching the adjacent lifting parking units, the distance between the adjacent lifting parking units is greatly reduced, and the number of parking spaces is greatly increased.
