The invention discloses a hinge assembly with multiple shaft bodies and a household appliance with the hinge assembly, and the hinge assembly comprises two shaft bodies located on a first hinge piece, two groove bodies located on a sliding piece, a limiting groove located on a second hinge piece and a rotating assembly located between the sliding piece and the second hinge piece. Wherein one shaft body extends into one groove body and one limiting groove which are mutually overlapped, the central axis of the shaft body during rotation does not coincide with the central axis of the rotating assembly during rotation, the other shaft body extends into the other groove body, the other shaft body is located on the side, close to the sliding piece, of the second hinge piece, and the sliding piece and the second hinge piece are relatively static. In the opening process, the second hinge piece and the sliding piece move relative to the first hinge piece together until the shaft body is limited in the groove body, and then the rotating assembly drives the second hinge piece to move relative to the sliding piece. The rotating shaft changes in the two rotating processes of the hinge assembly, and the degree of freedom in the opening and closing process of the door body of the household appliance can be improved.
