The invention discloses a door leaf and a door, the door leaf comprises a door core, a door body and a pushing piece, and the door core is suitable for being rotatably connected with a door frame around a first axis; the door body is supported by the door core and is provided with a first outer wall, a limiting wall and a first operation hole, and the first outer wall is provided with a first outer surface and a first limiting surface which are parallel to a first axis; the limiting wall is provided with a second limiting surface opposite to the first limiting surface, and a first gap is formed between the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface; the door body is further provided with a containing cavity, the containing cavity contains the door core and allows the door core to slide in the first direction, and the door body and the door core are matched in a rotation stopping mode so as to prevent the door core from rotating relative to the door body. The pushing piece is provided with a pushing part and a screwing part, the screwing part penetrates through the limiting wall and is screwed with the door core in the first direction, and the pushing part is located in the first gap and is suitable for abutting against the first limiting face or the second limiting face to push the door body to move relative to the door core in the first direction; the pushing part is further exposed out of the first operation hole so as to be operated conveniently. According to the structure, the gap can be adjusted.
