The invention relates to the field of building material manufacturing, in particular to a back-hooked ceramic tile, a manufacturing method thereof and a back mold core used by the back-hooked ceramic tile. A plurality of tooth-shaped back hook teeth extend out of the back surface of the back mold core so as to form a ceramic tile with back hooks, and the ceramic tile is pushed from the side surface of the ceramic tile, so that the demolding work of the ceramic tile is conveniently completed. When the ceramic tile with the back hooks is paved, the ceramic tile with the back hooks and the hook teeth of the bonding material can form a stable mutual buckling structure. The physical mutual buckling structural force is combined with the bonding force of the bonding material, so that the adhesive force of the ceramic tile on the paving surface can be obviously improved.
