The forming mold core comprises a hard base layer and a soft surface layer bonded on the hard base layer; the soft surface layer is provided with a central area which takes the central position of the soft surface layer as a circle center and has a radius R; a plurality of forming convex parts are arranged on one surface, which is not attached to the hard base layer, of the soft surface layer; the molding protrusions include a first protrusion located within the central region and a second protrusion located outside the central region.
