The invention relates to lithium-free heat-resistant earthen pot porcelain glaze and a preparation process thereof. The lithium-free heat-resistant earthen pot porcelain glaze is prepared from main raw materials and a small amount of flux, wherein the main raw materials comprise a matte agent, clinker and kaolin. In order to achieve the expansion coefficient close to that of the traditional lithium-containing heat-resistant earthen pot porcelain glaze, the low-expansion lithium-free heat-resistant earthen pot porcelain glaze is chemically reacted through accurate proportioning of the matte agent, the clinker and the kaolin under fluxing of the flux and repeated adjustment, and the glaze surface of the porcelain glaze is smooth and has a matte or waxy glaze surface.
