The invention relates to the technical field of glazes, and discloses an antifouling and antibacterial porcelain glaze and a preparation process thereof.The preparation process includes: subjecting diethyl iminodiacetate and Br (CH2) nBr to catalysis of triethylamine and hydrolysis reaction of hydrochloric acid to obtain a polycarboxyl surfactant, dissolving the polycarboxyl surfactant, zinc chloride and polyethylene glycol in a sodium hydroxide solution, and stirring to obtain a mixture; the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out a constant-temperature water bath reaction to obtain flower-cluster-shaped nano ZnO, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the flower-cluster-shaped nano ZnO, adding nano silver into the flower-cluster-shaped nano ZnO, carrying out magnetic stirring to obtain nano silver-loaded flower-cluster-shaped nano ZnO, uniformly mixing dried glaze, nano silver-loaded flower-cluster-shaped nano ZnO, a polycarboxylic surfactant and a thicker material of sodium methyl cellulose, dissolving the mixture in a phosphoric acid aqueous solution, and carrying out ball milling and drying to obtain the nano silver-loaded flower-cluster-shaped nano ZnO composite material. The antifouling and antibacterial glaze is obtained. The anti-fouling and anti-bacterial porcelain product glaze is applied to a blank body to obtain the anti-fouling and anti-bacterial porcelain product, the growth of crystals can be inhibited, and the formation of metal cations or crystal molecular clusters can be prevented, so that the effects of scale inhibition and fouling prevention are achieved, and the anti-bacterial effect of the porcelain product is improved.
