The invention discloses municipal construction pavement leveling equipment which structurally comprises a fixed frame body and sliding rails located on the two sides of the fixed frame body, by arranging a recycling device, a concrete hopper, a feeding mechanism, a discharging mechanism and an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, after a scraping plate conducts scraping leveling, redundant materials in front of the scraping plate are recycled through the recycling device, and the recycling device is used for recycling the redundant materials in front of the scraping plate; the recycled materials are conveyed to the concrete hopper through the feeding mechanism to be stored, when the ultrasonic distance measuring sensor detects that the distance exceeds a standard value, it is judged that the road surface is sunken, and therefore the sunken part is filled with the materials in the concrete hopper through the discharging mechanism, and the road surface is flattened again through the leveling roller; therefore, when the leveling machine is used, redundant materials on the road surface can be recycled, waste caused by outward overflowing is avoided, meanwhile, the recycled materials are filled into concave parts of the road surface, the concave parts do not need to be supplemented manually, and the road surface leveling efficiency can be effectively improved.
