The invention relates to a roll-coating execution terminal and a roll-coating construction robot. The roll-coating execution terminal comprises a mounting base; the floating module comprises a first telescopic floating assembly and a second telescopic floating assembly, the floating module is configured to be capable of conducting self-adaptive telescopic movement, and the first telescopic floating assembly and the second telescopic floating assembly are arranged side by side in a spaced mode and both connected with the mounting base; the roller module comprises a connecting rod, a first roller assembly and a second roller assembly, the connecting rod is connected with the first telescopic floating assembly and the second telescopic floating assembly at the same time, and the first roller assembly and the second roller assembly are arranged on the connecting rod; wherein the mounting seat, the first telescopic floating assembly, the second telescopic floating assembly and the connecting rod are matched to form a quadrilateral structure. The first roller assembly and the second roller assembly can adaptively float up and down along with the fluctuating ground, so that the first roller assembly and the second roller assembly can be always tightly attached to the ground, the roller coating construction efficiency can be guaranteed, and meanwhile the roller coating construction quality is good.
