According to the phase-change mass concrete and the preparation method thereof, the modified phase-change composition, the expanded perlite and the shell powder are added, so that the fireproof and temperature-rise-resistant performance of the concrete can be improved, meanwhile, the problem of internal stress cracking caused by temperature difference can be avoided, and the service life of a building is greatly prolonged.
