LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE USING PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a micro-capsule type latent heat storing material and a light weight concrete composition using the same. The concrete composition has excellent heat insulation, high porosity and a lower weight. The micro-capsule type latent heat storing material includes a core made of a phase variation material and a shell made of polymer resin, wherein the polymer resin is obtained through condensation-polymerizing melamine resin and formaldehyde and is space-network polymer having an irregular three-dimensional space structure.
본 발명은 상변화 물질을 코어로 하고, 고분자 수지를 쉘로 하는 마이크로캡슐 형태의 잠열 축열재로서, 상기 상변화 물질은 1-도데카놀이며, 상기 고분자 수지는 멜라민 수지와 포름알데히드가 축중합된 고분자 수지로, 불규칙적인 3차원 공간 구조를 가지는 공간망상중합체(space-network polymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐 형태의 잠열 축열재 및 이를 이용한 경량 콘크리트용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
