The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure bridges, and discloses a steel structure bridge guardrail reinforcing device which comprises a first reinforcing rod, a second reinforcing rod and two rows of supporting rods, the two rows of supporting rods are located on the two sides of a bridge correspondingly, the lower ends of the multiple supporting rods in one row of supporting rods are connected with the same connecting rod, and the lower ends of the multiple supporting rods in the other row of supporting rods are connected with the same connecting rod. The connecting rod is fixedly installed on the cover beam, the number of the first reinforcing rods and the number of the second reinforcing rods are in one-to-one correspondence with the number of the supporting rods, the first reinforcing rods are installed on the supporting rods and arranged obliquely downwards, the upper ends of the first reinforcing rods are fixedly connected with the supporting rods, and the second reinforcing rods are installed on the connecting sleeve; when the protective rods are inserted into the connecting sleeves and abut against the bridge surface of the bridge girder, the second reinforcing rods are in an inclined downward state, and the lower ends of the second reinforcing rods abut against the lower ends of the first reinforcing rods. The protective rod is in contact with the bridge girder, so that the bridge girder cannot be damaged due to replacement of the protective rod.
