Bridge guardrail formwork reinforcing process
The invention discloses a bridge guardrail template reinforcing technology which comprises an inner side template, an outer side template, a door type steel support, a supporting inclined rod, a tensioning strip and a wooden wedge, two pieces of flat steel and three pieces of square steel are transversely welded to the inner side template, two flat steel ribs are welded to the two longitudinal ends of the ribbed inner side template, and the two flat steel ribs are welded to the two longitudinal ends of the ribbed inner side template. Square steel and reinforcing steel bars are welded to the top to serve as buckles hung on inverted-L-shaped hooks of the outer side formwork, five pieces of transverse square steel and two pieces of longitudinal flat steel are welded to the outer side formwork, and two pieces of inverted-L-shaped square steel are welded to the top of the back face of the outer side formwork of a single guardrail to serve as hooks connected with the inner side formwork. After the formworks are assembled, the door-type steel support is used for clamping the formworks on the inner side and the outer side, the positions of the formworks on the inner side are fixed through the supporting screws and the tensioning strips, and gaps between back edges of the formworks on the inner side and the door-type steel support are filled and reinforced through wooden wedges so that the formworks can be shaped. The operation is simple and safe, and a worker can mount the guardrail template by standing on the inner side of the bridge guardrail without standing on a hanging basket overhung out of a bridge floor.
