The invention relates to the technical field of concrete pouring of bridge floors, in particular to a large-span bridge floor concrete pouring device and a pouring method.The pouring device comprises a guide rail, a lateral moving assembly, a pouring assembly, a switching supporting assembly and a regulation and control assembly.The pouring device has the beneficial effects that a rotatable cross beam structure is arranged, so that single-side rotating installation of a cross beam is achieved; the length of the pouring head and the length of the cross beam are conveniently adjusted and maintained through rotation of the cross beam, meanwhile, automatic switching between rotation of the cross beam and pushing of the guide rail is achieved by arranging a plurality of sets of pneumatic parts controlled by air pump controllers, and therefore the pouring device is suitable for pouring of bridge floors with different spans and lengths.
