The invention discloses a forming mold for pouring a bridge deck concrete guardrail. The forming mold comprises a bridge deck structure, a first mold plate, a second mold plate, reinforcing rods, steel bars, positioning holes and pouring openings, the first mold plate and the second mold plate are arranged above the bridge deck structure, and mounting caps are detachably mounted on the outer sides of the lower half sections of the first mold plate and the second mold plate. According to the forming mold for pouring the bridge deck concrete guardrail, fixing structures such as the positioning holes and the positioning rods between the mold and the bridge floor are arranged in the mold plate so that the hole structures can be automatically filled with concrete after the concrete is poured into the mold plate, and the stability of connection between the molded guardrail and a road surface is improved; and the vibrating acting force of a vibrating machine after mold filling can be utilized, structural transmission is used for replacing manual knocking operation on a designated area on the outer side of the mold plate, meanwhile, bottom concrete can be more compactly and evenly distributed in the mold, and a hollowing phenomenon is greatly reduced.
