The invention provides a polyurea (urethane) coating protection structure as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of coating engineering. The coating film protection structure comprises a quick-setting coating film block and a slow-curing coating film block which are arranged at an interval, the quick-setting coating film block is internally coated with a quick-setting urea (urethane) coating film, and the slow-curing coating film block is internally coated with a slow-curing polyurea (urethane) coating film. The slow-curing polyurea (urethane) coating film is in lap joint with the edge of the adjacent rapid-condensation polyurea (urethane) coating film or covers the whole rapid-condensation polyurea (urethane) coating film. The whole quick-setting urea (urethane) coating film arranged in the large-area area is divided into a plurality of blocks, the coating film protection structure formed by alternately connecting the quick-setting urea (urethane) coating films and the slow-setting polyurea (urethane) coating films is adopted, and the coating film protection structure has the advantages of being not prone to bulging and delaminating and not prone to edge warping and is used in waterproof, anti-corrosion and protection engineering, and the service life of the coating film protection structure is prolonged. The durability is more than ten years.
